Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring high standards of customer service and the efficient execution of events at a family-owned venue. You will deliver food and beverage services, supervise daily operations, and coordinate on-the-ground teams while supporting both C&E and F&B Managers. You’ll take lead in operations, contribute to strategic planning, and be prepared to run the venue as Duty Manager when required. Essential skills include strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, delegation, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The position requires flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and operational oversight.
