Job Summary
Assist the Event Designer and event captain by managing setup, décor staging, and clean-up for weddings and special events. Handle client inventory, expedite dinner orders, and address guest concerns while setting up bridal party suites. Work 10-hour shifts from 1pm to 11pm during the April to November wedding season, with a preference for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability. Requires a driver's license and car to travel between venues in the Greater Philadelphia area. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with prior notice.
- Have a driver's license and car, so you can drive to and from our venues.
- Be able to interact effectively and communicate well with clients and staff.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (10-12 hours).
Desired Qualifications
- Friday availability is highly preferred!
- Desire and interest to work in the hospitality field.
