Job Summary
Initiate and schedule pre-construction kick-off meetings while identifying areas of risk and profitability to guide project team decisions. Review drawings and documents to develop bid lists and manage the invitation to bid process. Collaborate with the design team and outside parties to accomplish client goals, while building positive relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Support larger projects or lead estimating on smaller projects across various scopes. This role offers a competitive base salary of $72,000–$100,000 in Boston for candidates with 2–3+ years of construction estimating experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam, On-screen Takeoff, Timberline or other estimating software a plus
- Experience with out of the ground, renovation, retail and high end boutiques, hotels, restaurants, luxury homes, and high end corporate tenant interiors a plus
- Experience with projects of various size and scope
