Job Summary
Operational management of Amazon-controlled UK properties, including detailed inspections of retail and commercial sites, compliance monitoring for health, safety, and environmental standards, and tracking of service charge budget expenditure. Serve as the focal point for occupiers, managing supplier relationships, approving engineering subcontractor quotes, and coordinating with security teams on perimeter management and incident response. Lead on capital asset planning, lifecycle replacement, and business continuity systems while providing administrative support and cover for the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Conversant with RICS code of practice in commercially property service charge
- IOSH (within last 5 years)
