Job Summary
Manage owned equipment, storage, and tooling while overseeing large inventory and rental software contract management. Lead equipment planning, scheduling, and logistics with internal teams and vendors, establishing process improvement plans using 5S strategies. Forecast budgets, maintain vendor relations, and lead department initiatives including training and support for craft and non-craft team members. Requires interior and exterior responsibilities, 30% travel, and a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in construction or equipment rental preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in construction, equipment rental, and/or project management experience
- 8+ years of equivalent professional trade experience
- Familiarity with basic maintenance/service schedules
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on workload
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record
- Interior and exterior responsibilities
- Travel expectation 30%
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
