Assistant Engineer

Job Summary
Assist the Unit Manager with sanitary sewer assessment, environmental planning and permitting, and design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure capital improvements. Coordinate directly with clients, attend client meetings, and assist project managers to meet client needs and deadlines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering, 1-5+ years of relevant experience, and strong stormwater management design and permitting expertise. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. This position is located in Butler, PA, and reports directly to the Unit Manager within the civil municipal/civil environmental department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
- 1-5+ years of relevant experience
- Stormwater Management design experience
- Permitting exp
- Experience with Erosion & Sedimentation Control permits (including General Permits & NPDES)

Desired Qualifications
