Job Summary
Coordinate design work with team disciplines and manage plan production for construction documents, including plans, specifications, calculations, and quantity takeoffs. Interpret and apply client, company, and field standards while identifying departures from project scope to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules. Increase proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, and SKM to support electrical and substation solutions. Collaborate across Gas, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineering projects to develop service line expertise. Gain exposure to project management practices that meet client expectations for technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Civil or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience with appropriate design, engineering, and modeling software application such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Electrical Design Suite; MicroStation with Substation or Plant add-in, ETAP, SKM, MFAD, LPILE, or Cymcap, as well as some knowledge of PLS-CADD
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in an appropriate field - Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- EIT license
