Assistant Educator

Assist Educator role supports the team in delivering the N Curriculum through a learning-through-play approach, following daily routines from meals to naps to play, and helping plan innovative learning experiences to support child development. Responsibilities include observations, assessments, and planning for key children, supervising mealtimes per safety policies, conducting daily health and safety checks, building strong relationships with parents, embedding policies into daily practice, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and supporting day-to-day nursery operations. No prior experience required; opportunity to complete induction and pursue further training including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and the option to gain Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualifications.
