Deliver the 'learning through play' ethos and N Curriculum by supporting team planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences and guiding children to think independently. Manage daily routines ensuring smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes while supervising meals in line with safety policies. Conduct thorough daily health and safety checks, escalating concerns as needed, and maintain a clean, tidy environment throughout the nursery. Support high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children while building trusting relationships with parents. Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice and assist with day-to-day tasks keeping the nursery running smoothly. Complete full induction and pursue further training including Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
