Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant Early Childhood Teacher to plan and implement daily curriculum, oversee child care, and maintain classroom standards in compliance with Texas Minimum Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in early education
- Must meet state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop and run; must repeatedly lift and carry children up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with children and parents
- At least 24 hours of training each year in early education
