Job Summary
Optimize store performance and profitability by analyzing sales results, managing expenses, and communicating goals to the team. Train staff on product features and sales techniques while maintaining corporate standards and visual displays. Mobilize the team to foster a positive environment, recruit new candidates, and conduct performance evaluations. Plan work schedules based on traffic and performance, manage payroll, and handle store opening and closing procedures. Provide warm customer service by answering questions and explaining product quality. Coordinate with management and mall administration to ensure seamless operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least one year of experience in a retail-related position
- Willingness to work on holidays and beyond the scheduled maximum hours during busy periods
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Proficiency in French and English
