Conduct daily home care missions for elderly individuals, ranging from companionship to essential daily tasks. Maintain a stable weekly schedule with no single mission under one hour to optimize travel and build strong relationships with employers. Complete personalized onboarding and utilize dedicated digital tools for administrative processes. Work in a team environment with a specific reference for support. This role requires a diploma or three years of experience in personal care (or one year with internal training).
