Assistant(e) Commercial(e) ADV

Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, handling price requests, offers, and documentation while logging and tracking orders in the ERP. Coordinate phone calls and correspondence regarding clients and prospects, monitor payment collections and follow-ups, and assist with administrative and commercial procedures. Track product supply and manufacturing timelines, acting as the liaison between internal and cross-functional services to support ventilation product ranges. This role involves a CDD contract of 38 hours weekly with a starting salary of 25,000 to 30,000 € gross annually, including benefits such as a meal voucher, health insurance, and participation bonus.
