Assistant E-Billing Manager

Job Summary
Own the day-to-day management of the firm's eBilling function across all offices, serving as a high-visibility leader at the intersection of technology, client service, and finance. Lead and develop a team of eBilling coordinators, administer eBilling platforms (including eBillingHub) and client/vendor sites, manage onboarding of new clients and matters, ensure adherence to deadlines, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, and collaborate on rate increases. Drive process improvements, develop decision-useful reporting, and partner with Billing, Compliance, and-capacity teams to optimize billing and collections performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive eBilling experience in a law firm or professional services environment, including supervisory or team lead responsibility
- Advanced knowledge of Elite 3E or a comparable legal accounting system
- Advanced working knowledge of leading third-party eBilling platforms, including eBillingHub
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with attorneys, staff, vendors, and client contacts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
