Job Summary
Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment through picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination. Deliver an exceptional pick-up experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally. Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive digital sales growth. Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations. Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards. Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.

- Retail, e-commerce, or Home Shopping operations
- Store systems, handheld technology, and fulfillment platforms
- Ability to review performance data and take corrective action
- Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying temperature environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance
- Compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct
