Job Summary
Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment through picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination. Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally. Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement. Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations. Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards. Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
