Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while managing pick, stage, dispense, and delivery coordination. Deliver exceptional pick-up and delivery experiences by resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally. Monitor key performance metrics including order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement. Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and peak demand, while partnering with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks. Hire, train, coach, and develop associates to foster a positive, accountable team culture, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

- Retail, e-commerce, or Home Shopping operations
- Store systems, handheld technology, and fulfillment platforms
- Ability to review performance data and take corrective action
- Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying temperature environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance
