Assistant - Donor Correspondence Management Unit

Job Summary

Facilitate sponsor-child engagement by processing letters, electronic communications, and gifts received at the National Office while maintaining required tracking records. Support the Coordinator in vetting, systemizing, and dispatching correspondence to ensure timely communication between sponsors and registered children. Monitor and follow up on field reviews to ensure compliance with sponsorship standards, and facilitate capacity building trainings on policies and business processes. Engage with AP teams and communities during field visits while keeping track of external translators. Requires 2+ years of experience in World Vision or similar agencies, a higher diploma in administration or management, and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • A Higher Diploma (A study course exceeding 6 months or more) in Administration, Management or any relevant stream of studies
  • Strong computer skills including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skill and cross-cultural sensitivity, abilities to work as a team
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to Read, Write and speak in English and Sinhala or Tamil

Desired Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in World Vision or similar agencies
