Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team of caregivers at Heritage Hall to provide exceptional, compassionate care to aging residents, acting as an extension of the family. Shape the resident experience by building trust and meaningful relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality care. Step in to provide hands-on support when needed, maintaining a culture of empathy, resilience, and excellence. Requires an active RN license in Virginia, ASN or BSN degree, and experience in long-term care. Full-time role with all shifts available, offering medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
