Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring excellent resident care in long-term care settings. This role involves staff recruitment, training, appraisals, and liaising between residents, families, and physicians while maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- 3-5 years of nurse management experience
- Good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Continuing education/licensing requirements

- Knowledge of PCC
