Job Summary
Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to plan and implement a training and competition plan for the divers. Provide instruction for practice and meets; assist in creation of practice plans; assist in execution of meet strategies; identify highly qualified prospective student athletes; and support inclusive excellence and social justice initiatives as part of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Collegiate diving experience
