Job Summary
Oversee district property operations by supporting the District Operations Director; manage financial reporting, revenue via service and collections, and resident retention; ensure compliance with Housing Choice Voucher regulations; maintain active real estate license; lead onboarding, training, and development; foster positive resident relationships, address inquiries and escalations, resolve service issues; drive team engagement and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with cross-functional groups on budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive property management experience in either single family or multi-family rental industry with Section 8 compliance experience
- 3+ years proven management experience leading teams
- Valid Driver’s License
- Intermediate Technology expertise (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to obtain Real Estate License within 90 days of hire date
- Active real estate license in applicable state (required)
