Job Summary
Part-time Assistant District Manager responsible for supporting district operations and newspaper distribution activities. Duties include delivering newspapers to subscribers, contacting subscribers regarding delivery service, addressing service issues, updating the address database (including route sequencing and navigation), distributing newspapers within the distribution center, assisting with audits of single-copy outlets, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting the manager with paperwork. Preferred: knowledge of the newspaper industry; strong organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and good driving history.
