Job Summary
Manage multi-unit retail locations in the assigned district by strategically overseeing operations to maximize efficiency, revenue, and profitability. Lead recruiting efforts for seasonal employees, drive tax education processes, and monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Ensure assigned locations meet company standards for facilities, technology, and supplies while resolving client complaints and guiding staff through complex problems. Monitor P&L performance, discount reports, and productivity metrics to meet district goals for revenue and cash control. This full-time seasonal role begins September 01, 2026, and ends April 25, 2027, with an anticipated year-round progression. Requires an associate degree or equivalent management experience, two years of supervisory history, and reliable transportation.

- Associate degree or equivalent related business experience
- 2 years previous management or supervisory experience

Desired Qualifications
- Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting

- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications such as electronic mail, internet browser, online time-tracking, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge in accounting or tax preparation software
