Assistant District Manager

Manage day-to-day activities for seasonal team members across six or more stores and kiosks, partnering with the District Manager to strategically optimize district operations, increase revenue, and ensure profitability. Lead recruiting efforts, conduct interviews for seasonal employees, and drive tax education processes while monitoring performance against quality standards and deadlines. Ensure assigned locations meet company standards for facilities, technology, and office setup, resolving client complaints and guiding staff through complex problems. Continuously build the business by retaining clients, attracting new ones, and maintaining relationships with property managers and landlords. Monitor P&L performance, discount reports, and productivity metrics to meet district goals for revenue and cash control. This full-time seasonal role begins September 1, 2026, and ends April 25, 2027, with potential year-round progression.
