Job Summary
Manage multi-unit retail locations in the assigned district by partnering with the District Manager to strategically optimize operations, increase revenue, and ensure profitability. Lead recruiting efforts for seasonal employees, conduct interviews, and drive tax education processes while monitoring performance against quality standards and deadlines. Ensure all locations meet company standards for facilities, technology, and supplies, maintaining relationships with property managers and landlords. Resolve client complaints, answer policy questions, and provide guidance on complex problems. Monitor P&L performance, discount reports, and productivity data to meet district goals for revenue, cash control, and tax returns. This full-time seasonal role begins September 01, 2026, and ends April 25, 2027, with possible year-round progression. Requires an associate degree or equivalent management experience, two years in supervisory roles, and proficiency in accounting or tax software.
