Job Summary
Oversee store operations as manager on duty, supervising team activities, sales floor duties, and escalated customer service issues. Balance cash and product inventory daily, train staff on reconciliation, and audit patient intake and communication binders for accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and sales trends while enforcing local and state compliance policies. Manage the Financial Hardship program, assist with recruitment and hiring, and prepare staffing schedules. Implement brand sales marketing strategies and maintain proper recordkeeping for cash handling and waste disposal.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- 3-5 years' experience in retail management, managing a diverse team
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
