Job Summary
Oversee operations of the region's group homes, supervising program managers and staff; provide budget and financial oversight for programs; ensure compliance with OARs, agency policies, and our philosophy of care; ensure ISP processes, financial safeguards, and protective measures are followed; participate in licensing reviews and quality assurance processes; contribute to new program development and ongoing program improvement; provide oversight for Quality Assurance and regulatory activities across assigned programs.
Required Qualifications
- Five years experience with progressive responsibility in an organization within the developmental disabilities service system.
- Two years experience in a social service setting for people with developmental disabilities.
- Working knowledge of the philosophy and approaches used to provide optimal support options to people with developmental disabilities.
- Staff supervisory experience required.
