Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard early childhood educators while coaching staff through regular classroom observations and performance feedback. Oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing and health and safety regulations. Develop staff schedules, maintain personnel records, and partner with the Center Director to support enrollment growth and family retention. Foster strong relationships with families through exceptional customer service and community outreach initiatives. This role requires Massachusetts Director I & Director II Certification and at least one year of early childhood leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Director I & Director II Certification
- 1 year of early childhood leadership experience
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- 2+ years of early childhood leadership experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
