Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and schedule teacher candidates while building a pipeline of future talent. Conduct classroom observations and evaluations to provide coaching and professional feedback, ensuring the L.E.A.P. Curriculum is implemented with consistency. Create weekly staff schedules and manage onboarding, employee records, and personnel documentation in accordance with Massachusetts EEC regulations. Ensure daily compliance with all licensing requirements and partner with the Center Director on enrollment growth and operational success. Monitor classroom quality and maintain high standards of health, safety, and education while supporting family engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of early childhood leadership experience
- Professional teaching experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Director I and Director II certification
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing standards
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of early childhood leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
