Job Summary
Assistant Director to run daily operations and own enrollment at our Graham, WA TLE center. Responsibilities include responding to leads, scheduling and conducting tours, driving tour-to-enrollment conversion, ensuring center tour-readiness, managing daily operations (schedules, ratios, inventory, cleaning, safety, and maintenance), coaching teachers and support staff, hiring and performance conversations, payroll/labor management, and ensuring compliance with TLE brand standards and DCYF licensing. Requires 2+ years in childcare or early education and a track record of converting tours into enrollments; comfortable communicating with families and staff; knowledge of DCYF licensing; strong leadership and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in childcare or early education
- Assistant Director or lead teacher experience strongly preferred
- Track record of converting tours into enrollments
- Comfortable on the phone, email, and in-person with prospective families
- Working knowledge of Washington DCYF licensing requirements
- Coaching mindset and ability to hold staff accountable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to walk the floor
