Job Summary
Assist the management team in day-to-day operations of the center, overseeing classroom ratios, staff scheduling, and recruitment; lead coaching and development of staff; ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and safety standards; conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to motivate learning; manage records and paperwork for employees; lead tours for prospective families and support enrollment growth; maintain center schedules and communicate with staff and families; coordinate with licensors and ensure health/safety compliance; execute monthly emergency drills and manage new customer administration.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
- Associate Degree is required.
- Must be Bilingual/Bi-literate (English/Spanish).
