Job Summary

Recruit, interview, and onboard early childhood educators while coaching teachers through classroom observations and performance feedback. Promote consistent implementation of the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum and develop staff schedules ensuring proper classroom ratios and licensing compliance. Oversee daily center operations, maintain personnel records per Massachusetts EEC regulations, and partner with the Center Director to support enrollment growth and family retention. Foster strong relationships with families through exceptional customer service and assist with community outreach and family engagement initiatives. This Assistant Center Director role requires Massachusetts Director I & II Certification and one year of early childhood leadership experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Director I & Director II Certification
  • 1 year of early childhood leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of early childhood leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • CPR and First Aid certification
