Job Summary
As Assistant Director, provide lead direction to Security Officers at the assigned client site and oversee Lead Security Supervisors, coordinating priorities and site needs. Responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents to maintain a safe environment for client property and personnel, and for enforcing regulatory directives related to personnel, visitors, and premises. The role involves performing a variety of management functions and leveraging experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager. Requires 1 year of security supervision experience, casino security experience preferred, Nevada PILB Card, and Nevada driver’s license. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or be able to complete GED within 6 months), strong customer service and leadership abilities, and be able to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies. Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of security supervisor experience
- 1 year of casino security experience preferred
- Nevada PILB Card required
- Nevada Driver's License required
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED within 6 months
- Above average computer/technology skills
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
