Job Summary

Lead multicampus accommodations advising program and oversee operations, policy development, staff supervision, training, and compliance with federal and institutional requirements to ensure equitable access for students with disabilities. Direct the CLEAR program by setting strategic goals, evaluating effectiveness, and managing resources and personnel to support student success. Maintain a caseload, determine eligibility, develop accommodation plans, and provide guidance to students and faculty while applying relevant laws and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • four (4) years of progressively responsible relevant experience including at least one (1) year of managerial experience
  • Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience
  • Experience with reviewing and approving accommodations for students with disabilities, OR equivalent education/experience
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, word processing)
