Job Summary
Lead development, implementation, and assessment of recruitment strategies for the College of Arts and Sciences; manage assigned geographic or programmatic recruitment territories; coordinate projects to advance enrollment and yield, build relationships with high school counselors, community partners, and campus stakeholders; travel extensively during peak periods (8-12 weeks in fall, 3-6 weeks in spring) and work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours; utilize CRM data to inform planning, reporting, and recruitment decisions; oversee events, ambassador/tour programs, and outreach initiatives; collaborate across departments and committees to meet enrollment goals; requires a hybrid schedule with three days in UC’s Uptown Campus office and two days remote; requires strong project management, communication, relationship-building, and data-driven planning skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Three (3) years of relevant experience
- Experience with Slate or other CRM software
- Public speaking comfort with both small and large groups
- Desire to use data to help manage a recruitment strategy
- May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff, student employees, ambassadors, interns, or temporary staff
