Job Summary
Lead strategic oversight of student government, registered organizations, and campus programming including Orientation and Institute signature events. Supervise the Student Life Coordinator and student staff while managing program budgets and operational systems. Provide direct advising to student leaders on collaboration, advocacy, and civic responsibility, and conduct program assessments to drive continuous improvement. Foster inclusive engagement and community building across diverse student populations through identity-based programming and cross-departmental partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Student Development, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in student engagement, student organizations, leadership development, or campus programming in higher education
- Experience supervising professional and/or student staff
- Experience planning and implementing large-scale campus programs or events
- Experience working with diverse student populations and fostering inclusive communities
