Job Summary
Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director of Admission responsible for driving undergraduate enrollment through strategic recruitment, data-informed outreach, and relationship building. Key duties include developing an assigned geographic recruitment strategy, meeting enrollment goals (applications/admits/deposits), attending recruitment events (8-12 weeks travel annually), engaging with prospective students, families, and school counselors, representing the College at events, managing information sessions, overseeing on-campus virtual and off-campus recruitment activities, evaluating first-year applications, maintaining CRM records (Slate), supervising junior staff, and leading projects within the admissions office. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), valid driving license, experience in admissions/recruitment or related fields, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and Slate CRM, and willingness to travel and work irregular hours. The role is on-campus with an emphasis on Catholic Augustinian mission alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Valid U.S. driving license required
- 1-2 years of experience (Assistant Director) or 2-4 years of experience (Senior Assistant Director) in admissions, recruitment, sales, or related field
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed at various times throughout the year
