Assistant Director - Riverstones Academy - Morningside

Manage multiple classrooms and lead a team of teachers in classroom management while assisting the Director with recruitment, enrollment, and compliance with regulatory agencies. Oversee facility and supplies management, order necessary items, and step in to lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of licensing requirements and develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members to ensure site success. Requires a high school diploma, 40-hour director course, and one year of experience.
