Assistant Director - Riverstones Academy - Douglasville

Lead a team of teachers in classroom management and assist the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, and compliance with regulatory agencies. Manage multiple classrooms, handle facility and supplies management, and step in to lead classrooms to maintain staffing ratios when needed. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of licensing requirements and develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members to ensure site success.
