Job Summary
Oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance for US-based assignments. Lead and supervise a team of recruitment coordinators, administrators, and support staff while developing training resources, best practices, and tools to enhance candidate experiences. Manage production goals, assess individual performance, and implement data-driven strategies to improve fill rates and profitability. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and monitor departmental effectiveness. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align long-term team goals with individual expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Staffing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of Recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management
- education industry knowledge and experience
- Proficient technical skills and knowledge of computer operations and applications including MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including ATS
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to identify and address challenges within recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Adaptable to changes and emerging trends in recruitment
