Job Summary
Assistant Director to lead ASU's Project Turnover and Building Performance Program within the Capital Programs Management Group. Responsibilities include establishing/processes and standards for project turnover from construction to operations, overseeing commissioning, QA/QC, warranty management, turnover readiness, LEED certification, and liaisons between Capital Programs and Facilities Management Operations. Leads the Project Turnover Team, develops turnover readiness criteria, coordinates handoffs, and ensures facilities are delivered per project requirements, sustainability goals, and university standards. Requires leadership, strategic planning, and ability to manage multiple capital projects with emphasis on commissioning, building systems, and asset documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
