Assistant Director - Preschool

Operate the school safely and effectively with the School Director, assuming sole responsibility during the Director's absence. Ensure the facility adheres to company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Spark children's imagination, build self-esteem, and support their social, physical, and intellectual growth. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to maintain a positive company image and contribute to profitability. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with two years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
