Assistant Director - Preschool

Operate the school safely and effectively alongside the School Director, assuming sole responsibility during the Director's absence. Ensure the facility adheres to company and state licensing standards while fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the team's goals of promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth. Assist in promoting the company's positive image and helping achieve profitability. Must be at least 21 years of age with two years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility, holding an associate degree in ECE or related field and completed Georgia 40-hour director course.
