Job Summary
Serve as the P&C focal point for compensation requests, including new hire offers, promotions, and movement-in-range adjustments, while administering the annual compensation cycle logistics. Lead employee relations by resolving workplace concerns, documenting conflicts, and advising managers on performance management and disciplinary actions. Manage internal communications by coordinating the organization-wide Internal Communications Committee, drafting policy updates, benefits reminders, and announcements, and ensuring messaging aligns with the brand voice. Execute engagement strategy through surveys, recognition programs, and enterprise-wide events, translating data into actionable follow-up. Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all matters and partner with leadership to identify trends or systemic issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6–8 years of progressive People & Culture/Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience administering compensation programs and evaluating compensation requests against established salary structures and guidelines
- Experience leading or contributing to organization-wide committee work, with the ability to influence and coordinate across departments without direct authority
- Must possess current and valid US Work Authorization and be eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting clear, organization-wide internal communications
- familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
