Assistant Director OSHC

Support the Director OSHC in day-to-day operations and administration of Outside School Hours and Vacation Care programs while delivering engaging, safe care for Preparatory School-aged children. Create a collaborative leadership team focused on continuous improvement and supervise other OSHC staff, deputising for the Director as needed. Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP), develop procedures from policy, and work within an inclusive community modelled on Belonging, Excellence, Respect, and Endeavour. This permanent part-time role involves 24 hours per week.
