Job Summary
Assistant School Director to help lead Babilou Family US’s flagship school opening in Fall 2026 at Harvard’s ERC in Boston, MA. The role partners with the School Director to guide strategic vision, cultivate high-impact community partnerships, assist in overseeing budget and enrollment, ensure EEC compliance, staffing, and team development, and foster a culture of excellence in early childhood education for children aged 0-5 within a high-profile, innovation-focused educational setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Must have Director EEC Certification (DII qualification)
- 5-10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management
- Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development
- Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
