Job Summary
Lead health services operations for a senior living community as Assistant Director of Wellness, supervising LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and Caregivers; ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies; manage medication systems and documentation standards; drive safety, clinical quality, and resident outcomes; partner with the DOW and regional leadership; participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits; shape clinical operations, support family communication, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
- Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism
