Job Summary
Directly supervise nursing and personal care staff to manage resident well-being and care within the wellness department. Assess residents' health, functional, and psycho-social status while proactively managing their care plans. Work with the Director of Wellness to ensure daily operations meet Federal and State guidelines. Assist with on-boarding and training new wellness staff to build a positive culture. Provide care alongside team members to foster excellence. Requires current state LPN or RN license, two years of nursing experience, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- Current state LPN or RN license
- Two years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Must be flexible and prepared to assist on a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited nursing college or university (Preferred)
- Current First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term care (preferred)
- Experience in dementia care (Preferred)
