Job Summary
Manage daily operations, administration, and clinical functions for Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations. Support the implementation of service vision by developing systems to ensure immediate access and facilitate transfers. Assist in creating monitoring systems for service delivery and utilization while providing direct supervision to direct reports. Offer leadership, support, and clinical guidance to all staff in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures. Requires a current Massachusetts independent clinical license, five years of experience with severe mental illness, and three years of supervision experience. Full-time in-person role in Lynn and Danvers, MA, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- current Massachusetts independent clinical license including LICSW, or LMHC
- strong clinical skills with at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or children with mental health disorders
- at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- willing and able to travel between both sites as needed
